1L of boiled water

4tsp loose hibiscus leaf

Raspberry Jam cordial

To serve
Directions
In a plunger, steeper or tea pot infuse 4tsp of hibiscus tea leaves with 1L of boiling water. Let this steep until cooled.
When ready to drink, pour ¼ of the size of your chosen cup with the cooled tea mix.
Add desired amount of ice to the cup then pour cordial to taste and top up with water.
Stir and enjoy.
Recipe Note
If you want to make more than this amount we recommend the ratio of 1tsp of tea leaves to every 250ml of boiled water.
